Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Dahlonega, GA is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team. This is a full- or part-time, permanent role where you will lead shifts, model the store tone, and ensure smooth operations.

You will supervise 3 to 30 staff, handle cost, inventory and cash control, take orders with a smile, operate the register, bake products to standard recipes, and maintain cleanliness while upholding grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Judgement, math and multitasking abilities required.
• Experience managing a team during shifts is a plus.
• Customer service and cash handling skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while following recipes.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain grooming standards in line with Domino's policy.
