This full- and part-time role leads shift operations, supervises 3–30 staff, controls costs, and maintains customer satisfaction. You’ll greet customers, manage cash, and ensure food quality and safety while representing Domino's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to manage store operations and customer service during shifts.
• Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Responsible for all store operations during your shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile and professional demeanor.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Produce fast, accurate products while following recipes and portions.
• Deliver products from store to customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back and uphold grooming standards.
