Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to advance through four progressive stages toward a supervisory role. You’ll be trained and promoted with hourly pay increases as you grow into store leadership.

Responsibilities include shift management, cost and inventory control, customer relations, and leading teams of 3 to 30 employees. Expect weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities to move up to store manager.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience managing 3–30 staff per shift.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full open availability to work varying shifts.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls.
• Lead 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments with a smile.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with grooming standards.
