Qualifications

• Internal promote from Hourly Champion preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Oversee and guide subordinate employees.
• Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers.
• Clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems with a smile and seek help when needed.
• Ensure Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
