Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead in Texas to support management in delivering Panda’s mission: food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride. You will help create a vibrant, welcoming environment and lead the team during busy shifts.

This role offers hands-on cooking experience, opportunities to develop store-operations skills, and a path to grow with a family-owned brand that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsabilités

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
