Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage costs, scheduling, inventory and staff. You will guide the team, uphold standards and deliver excellent customer experiences in a hands-on leadership position.

This role targets individuals with strong math, judgment and multitasking abilities, with at least 1 year of restaurant management experience and a commitment to company policies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18+ years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations.
• Create schedules, order product, train team members and hire staff in line with company policies. A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on cost control within goals.
