Job summary

Bojangles’ Roebuck location is seeking an urgent Shift Leader to guide a dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, train crew, and maintain our high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Ideal candidates bring leadership and a passion for customer service, with ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and safety protocols while upholding Bojangles’ Southern-inspired brand and standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in fast-food or retail leadership preferred.
Ability to manage shift schedules and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of employee appearance and conduct for a pleasant customer environment.
Train crew according to guidelines and procedures.
Ensure the store's physical facility and equipment are in top condition.
Manage food and supplies efficiently, including ordering and inventory control.
Uphold food quality and safety standards.
Handle cash, reconciliation, and deposits in compliance with company policies.
Ensure a safe and secure restaurant environment.
