Bojangles is hiring an Urgent Shift Leader for our Marion, NC location. This role leads a dynamic crew, ensures delicious customer experiences, and upholds food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As a shift leader, you will train crew, manage inventory and ordering, and maintain store cleanliness and safety while upholding brand standards and policies. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
