Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures a pleasant experience for all customers, responds to complaints or inquiries.
• Assists with supervising day-to-day task assignment and performance of associates.
• Assists with training and coaching of associates.
• Assists with planning, preparing and coordinating daily assignments and activities of associates.
• Adheres to regulations including verifying age with a valid I.D. for age restricted sales.
• Ensures execution of safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store appearance at all times.
• Ensures profitability.
• Avoids conflicts of interest and outside employment in similar business.
• Performs duties of a typical store associate when needed.
