Job summary

Jack’s in Wetumpka, AL is seeking energetic leaders to oversee daily shifts, support crew, and deliver warm, Southern hospitality to guests. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and help run a multi-million-dollar operation with energy and care.

Partner with the GM to drive high standards, train and develop team members, and build a fun, respectful work environment. Starting pay up to $880 per week based on experience, plus monthly bonuses, paid training, and strong internal growth

Qualifications

Practice servant leadership and support team.
Reliable and punctual with a can-do mindset.
Flexible and able to multitask up to 50 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members.
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
