Job summary

Workstream is hiring a Shift Leader in Moss Point, Mississippi to support the management team and ensure the smooth operation of restaurant shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting with team training, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective shift operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

• Support General and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation of shifts.
• Help team members through performance and training initiatives.
