Country Fair is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-paced retail restaurant environment. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by supervising staff, overseeing food preparation and safety, and ensuring exceptional customer service during your shift.

You’ll monitor inventory, handle cash, coach team members, resolve customer issues, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
