Taco John’s of Iowa is seeking a Shift Leader to join our quick-service restaurant team at 3924 NW Urbandale Dr, Urbandale, IA. You will oversee shift operations, ensure quality and safety, and support a busy service floor.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Food Handler's Permit.
• Can stand for long periods of time.
• We do background checks on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift positions and duties.
• Manage food quality, safety and cost.
• Handle all cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure transactions are recorded.
• Resolve customer complaints.
