Blue Moon Pizza is seeking a Store Key/Shift Supervisor to help manage daily operations, guest experiences, and team leadership at our Smyrna, GA location. You will lead high-energy shifts, support the management team, and model hospitality while ensuring quality service across dine-in, takeout, delivery, and third-party platforms.

You bring at least 1 year of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant, a guest-first mindset, and a desire to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant/foodservice environment.
• Guest-first mindset and ability to connect with people.
• Desire to grow with a brand and take on more responsibility.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how restaurants use them.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid operational and organizational skills.
• Positive, accountable attitude and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in driving smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Lead by example and manage day-to-day store rhythm.
• Run high-energy shifts across dine-in, takeout, delivery, and third-party platforms.
• Lead with hospitality and encourage the team to do the same.
• Assist with food prep, service, and resolving challenges as needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and efficient every shift.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and maintaining high standards.
• Support cost control and labor tracking efforts.
• Contribute to local store marketing and brand building.
• Use social media tools and trends to promote the store and drive engagement.
