Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader who will be the face of the brand on the floor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain fast-paced service.

You’ll participate in on-the-job training, develop leadership skills, and have opportunities to move into higher roles as our senior leaders started as managers. Based in Columbus, GA, you’ll supervise opening/closing duties and coordinate with kitchen staff.
