Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Food Handler's Permit or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Background checks are conducted on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift positions and duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage food quality, safety and cost control during shifts.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and record them properly.
• Lead a cooperative team and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time with a positive attitude.
