Responsibilities

• Schedule and deploy the Team correctly.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Provide a restaurant that is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit.
• Motivate and support the team through active listening and effective communication.
• Represent Border Foods in handling customer complaints and issues; seek effective solutions.
• Maintain POS system and ensure pricing updates and menu changes.
