Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign roles and deploy staff based on business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, accurate service for each guest.
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
• Monitor service speed and adjust staffing as needed.
• Handle cash, deposits, and financial controls per policy.
• Support opening/closing procedures and inventory controls.
• Coach and develop team members and train new staff.
• Communicate issues to restaurant management.
