• 2+ years of experience in QSR industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A hands-on, team-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and keep your team motivated and on track.
• Deliver excellent guest service, even during busy hours.
• Train and coach new crew members to succeed.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Support the General Manager with daily operations.
