Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager/Lead to drive shift operations, lead team members, and uphold food safety and brand standards. You will ensure duties are completed, monitor inventory, and maintain financial accountability while fostering a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with basic math and computer skills, and the ability to supervise a team in a fast-paced setting. This is an on-site leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by guiding the team with focus on service and safety.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food delivery and timely service to customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Partner with management to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.
