Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores for training as needed.
• Able to pass background check and work legally in the country.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Develop and coach team members to foster a customer-first culture.
• Promote proper procedures and food safety.
