Snarf's Sandwiches is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to uphold quality and customer service in a fast-paced cafe setting. You will prepare sandwiches, greet guests, manage orders, and assist in promoting menu items and specials.

The role offers both part-time and full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and growth within the company. Applicants with prior food service or grocery store experience and familiarity with POS systems will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-centric service approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads according to recipes.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Take orders, handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Assist customers with Snarf's app for points or purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Answer calls, take to-go orders and promote specials.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper ingredient handling.
• Collaborate with team and support busy service periods.
