Job summary

Wendy's seeks a motivated Shift Manager to guide a high-energy restaurant team. You will lead by example, drive customer satisfaction, ensure food safety, and maximize profits while maintaining a fun, family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a restaurant team to deliver great service.
• Support management in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of the shift and operate restaurant equipment.
• Ensure food safety and maintain brand standards throughout the shift.
