• Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously.
• Resolves customer concerns with effective solutions.
• Takes inventory during shifts to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Counts cash at shift changes and closing to manage shortages/overages and prepare deposits.
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
