Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support the restaurant team and management in delivering high-quality food with passion and service with heart.

You will help create a vibrant environment for guests, lead team members during shifts, and gain hands-on cooking experience while developing a diverse skill set. Ideal candidates have some high school education, may need local Food Handler certification, and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
