Taco Bell franchisee is hiring a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading shift operations and ensuring service quality. You will guide Team Members to complete duties, uphold safety and cleanliness, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to Taco Bell standards while building a career in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Competenze

• Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs during 90% of shifts.
