Cousins Subs in Wisconsin is looking for shift leaders who can keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus. You’ll lead the team during your shift, jump in where needed—prep, cashier, sandwich line, cleaning—and coach team members while training new hires, ensuring food safety, order accuracy and a great guest experience.

We offer competitive pay between $14 and $18 per hour, tips based on hours worked, free food every shift, Next Day Pay, flexible scheduling, paid

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communicator who leads with positivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
