Job summary

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $39,600 to $42,600 annually along with a complete benefits package. Previous experience in retail or food service and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to motivate and provide direction during shifts.
• Train and guide team members to meet service and safety standards.
• Ensure proper execution of store processes and maintain compliance.
