McDonald's Corporation-backed restaurant seeks a Shift Manager to lead shifts, coach crew and fellow managers, and drive Quality, Service and Cleanliness for every guest visit. Starting pay is $13.00/hr, with a comprehensive benefits package in a corporate-owned setting.

You'll oversee food safety, operations, scheduling and training while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in a Louisiana location. Prior leadership in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age to manage in a corporate-owned restaurant.
• Shift Manager responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness.
• Experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, provide direction to crew and other managers.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet McDonald's standards for quality, service and safety; manage safety and profitability.
• Coordinate tasks like food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training.
