Five Guys Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during busy shifts, ensure quick, quality service, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen. You will coach Crew Members, handle opening/closing, and uphold brand standards to deliver the Five Guys experience.

The role offers hands-on leadership with opportunities for advancement, a competitive base wage plus tips, and weekly bonus programs. Peanut products are used in the kitchen, so please consider allergens.

Formación

• Minimum age 18.
• Must have 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills required.
