Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of first-line supervisory experience in a restaurant or customer service environment.
• SERV Safe certification or the ability to obtain it as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach team to follow guidelines for food preparation and management.
• Motivate team to exceed guest expectations with service in clean surroundings.
• Supervise crew in food preparation to adhere to sanitation standards.
• Ensure customer service is prompt, accurate, and courteous.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment through assigned tasks.
• Manage cash control and count cash during shift changes.
• Monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork as needed.
