Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in daily operations and to direct restaurant activities in the GM’s absence.

You will help recruit and train team members, maintain a safe, clean environment, and communicate Wingstop standards to staff to ensure consistent execution.

You’ll greet guests, manage orders with speed and accuracy, resolve issues, and uphold cost controls while delivering the Wingstop flavor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a restaurant team.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in staffing the restaurant in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain safe, clean operations and uphold Wingstop standards; coach staff as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service, handle orders with speed and courtesy, and resolve issues effectively.
• Control cash, property, product and equipment; monitor labor and food costs.
