Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support operations and lead the team during busy shifts in our Olive Branch location. You’ll help maintain a welcoming guest experience, ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination, and assist in daily store tasks with pace and care.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, able to manage routines, food preparation basics, and collaborate with management to uphold Panda’s standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Preference for prior operations experience.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain hands on experience managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
