An independent franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and support management in achieving store goals. This entry-level supervisory role offers training and upward mobility towards a General Manager position. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrate a guest-first mentality, and be available for flexible hours. Qualifications

• 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
