Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Coach and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts.
• Help teams meet targets and department goals during shifts.
• Oversee Food Safety, Inventory, Maintenance, Scheduling and Training activities.
• Ensure safety, security and customer satisfaction throughout the shift.
