Job summary

McDonald’s in Atlanta is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for customers. You will guide crew and fellow managers, help departments meet goals, and uphold safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in a busy, high-volume setting.

The role requires strong leadership, a flexible schedule, and a positive attitude. Prior restaurant leadership is preferred; you must be 18+ to manage in our franchisee-operated locations.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers get fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet targets for departments and for helping assigned Departments reach goals.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Schedule and train team members as needed.
• Ensure Quality Food Production and Exceptional Customer Service.
