Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants or retail preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers correctly and complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and serve high-quality products as per standards.
• Maintain proper image and follow company policies.
• Clean work stations and ensure restaurant image standards.
• Provide direction and feedback to colleagues.
• Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance.
• Supervise colleagues and provide adult supervision to younger colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare each shift to meet customer needs.
