Responsibilities

• Opening/Closing the restaurant.
• Manage day-to-day operations: Inventory and cash management with POS and shift reports.

• Take orders and handle phones; act as cashier when needed.
• Help manage inventory levels.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe and organized.
• Follow safety and security standards.
