Job summary

Galaxy 3K, LLC operates two Domino’s locations in Hot Springs Village, AR, and is seeking an Assistant Manager who will oversee all shift activities, including cost and inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.

The role requires leading a team of 3 to 15, ensuring daily operations meet Domino’s standards, greeting customers, handling orders, and maintaining a clean, professional store environment. A positive attitude and reliable driving are essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team (3–15 people) during shift.
Clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Must have a reliable vehicle and be insured.
Be punctual and maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
