Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead in Kalamazoo, MI to support management in delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality Panda favorites. You will help manage the shift, train teammates, and ensure a welcoming dining experience for guests.

In this role you’ll gain hands-on experience in store operations, food preparation, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment. Prior food-service exposure is helpful, and local Food Handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Some high school.
• Prefer some Operations experience and Food Safety.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
