Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and motivate our team in a fast-paced Panda restaurant in Kissimmee, FL. You will support management in delivering food with passion and service with heart, while maintaining a welcoming guest environment.

You’ll lead during shifts, gain hands-on cooking experience, and help develop teammates. We offer paid training, growth opportunities into management, and a full benefits package for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
• Some high school is required.
• Prefer some Operations experience and Food Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
