Qualifications

• Leadership experience or potential in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Local/municipal food safety requirements (Food Handler) may apply at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support management in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist in running store operations during shifts and lead team members.
• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests as needed.
• Provide hands-on training and development opportunities for team members.
• Help maintain a fast, friendly, and safe dining environment.
