Job summary

Workstream is looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team in Watauga, Texas. In this role, you'll support the General and Assistant Managers to ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, assist in training team members, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
