Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a Shift Leader for immediate opening in the United States. You will deliver exceptional customer service, supervise up to 10 team members, and ensure quality food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee food safety practices, maintain cleanliness, manage cash handling, and coordinate shift tasks. Experience in fast-casual or quick-service environments is a plus; flexible schedules and on-the-job training are available.

Qualifications

• Quality control of food and service
• Food safety and handling by the Team
• Efficient and proper team communication
• Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness during peak and non peak hours
• Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
• Awareness of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• Cash management/handling
• Shift management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)
