Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Glendale, AZ team. As a Shift Lead, you will support management in running the shift, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, and helping lead the team to deliver Panda favorites with care and speed.

You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, food preparation, and people development while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands‑on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
