Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant environment. You will support management in delivering Panda’s mission—food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride—while leading the team during shifts and helping train and mentor staff.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Some high school is preferred.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
