Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Tennessee is looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead a shift, manage 3 to 30 team members, control costs, inventory and cash, and provide excellent customer service.

You will set the tone, ensure accurate orders, train staff, operate the register, deliver pizzas safely, keep the restaurant clean, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Our stores are open every day, so flexibility is essential; you must be at least 18 and ready to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 during a shift.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR checks.
• High standards for self and team.

Responsibilities

• Assistant managers are responsible for everything during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Set the tone and example for the store and stay on your game 100% of the time.
• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage 3–30 employees, ensure tasks are done correctly and on time.
• Greet customers, take orders with a smile, and operate the cash register.
• Make fast, accurate products according to recipes and procedures.
• Deliver products safely from the store to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness from front to back of the store.
• Maintain a professional Grooming Standards appearance at all times.
