Responsabilités

• Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to drive performance.
• Handle cash management, including register operations, cash counts, and financial reconciliation.
• Answer phones, take orders, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding service and resolve concerns.
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all employees understand their duties.
• Maintain open communication with team members and management regarding operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, cleaning, and food handling as needed.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all shift operations.
• Train and mentor team members on procedures, customer service, and operational excellence.
