Job summary

True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support a fast-paced, guest-focused convenience store in Ohio. You will assist with daily operations, pricing, inventory, and fuel transactions while ensuring a safe, clean store and upholding service standards.

You will lead customer service efforts, process transactions accurately, and supervise team members during shifts. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service per company standards.
• Process transactions accurately using POS; maintain pricing and promotions.
• Keep store clean, organized and safe; manage food service tasks.
• Assist with inventory, loss prevention, fuel transactions and merchandising.
• Support daily operations and train new team members as needed.
• Escalate customer issues to Store Manager when required.
