Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training: Orientation and on-the-job training.
• Lead a team of 3–30 people during your shift, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time.
